With a fine 13% alcohol, costing under $10, and scoring a gold 18 Dionysian points on their 20-point scale, the 2011 Albet i Noya Xarello, made with all organic grapes, is a treat.

Xarello is one of the three grapes in Spanish CAVA. By itself, it is filled with refreshing citrus, mineral, wet slate, and white peach pit. With appetizers, and shell fish, the wine is perfect.
