Parellada is the Spanish grape that is in their CAVA sparkling wines. The wine is unique.
The wine is floral with mineral notes. It is really refreshing and ideal for reception wine or with sea food or chicken. It scored a silver medel 16+ Dionysian points, and it’s low alcohol is great.
The muscat adds melon aromas and flavor and it doesn’t have to be overly chilled; just cool. Enjoy one. In Vino Veritas.
