Scoring 17 points on the 20-point Dionysian  scale , and costing under $15, the 2017 Two Angels Sauvignon Blanc from North  America’s  Lake County, just north of Napa,  is exactly white Bordeaux-like. With 13% alcohol, it is an ideal food white.

Melon, grapefruit, and honeydew  flood the nose, and ideal acidity lingers on the taste.
