Nodus Cava Nature is light, absolutely dry with no dosage added and cost around $15. It scores 16 Dionysian points on the 20-point scale. Its 12% alcohol, refreshing acidity, and clean finish gives it 16 Silver Medal points on the Dionysian scale of 20.
This Nature Cava is one of my three favorites Cava’s. It works with everything.
I use it with olives, salted almonds and pear slices as a reception wine, but it goes with poultry, pork and fish too.
