Extremely smooth, it is made with 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. The Semillon adds the fig aroma to the Sauvignon citrus notes.

Made in the  Sauternes District of France’s, Bordeaux, the grapes are hand picked and meant to be drunk within five or so years. This dry white  wine comes from  Domaine de Chevalier, famous for one of the top  white Bordeaux wines that’s available in the USA. Second labels are great buys. Seek it out, and start your next meal with it. In vino veritas.
