The 2015 Pasione Sentimento is 100% Venetian Garganega, with a bit of residual sugar. Made by the Pasqu Family, it has 13% alcohol, cost under $12, and scores a nice 15+ Dionysian points. It’s an easy drinking white wine.
The wine has melon, sweet pear and some citrus. It is balanced and a pleasant wine with food or for just sipping.
At three years old, it is ready and will hold well another two or three years at best. Drink it now. It’s meant to enjoy and not to study. In Vino Veritas.
