The 2018 Luberon Rose’ from the Rhone Valley called Mistral Vallee Rose’ scored 16+ Dionysian points. It has 13% alcohol and cost under $15.

It was balanced, dry and clean, with wild strawberry aromas.  I finished a full case during the summer and the first week of autumn. Imported by Monsieur Touton, it’s an excellent food Rose’.

I try to get two cases of two different Rose’s (sometimes three) for every summer’s light meals, sipping on the deck, and for sharing at New Jersey’s wonderful BYOB’s. This one is a repeat.

I’ve served this with everything and it works with everything. I now enjoy Rose’ wines mostly from France and Spain. In Vino Veritas.
