Brut Champagne is not only for toasting prior to meals, but is also excellent with most dinners.

The tiny print at the bottom of a Champagne bottle’s label tells a lot about it. This example is an “RM” , It means Recoltant Manipulant meaning it was grown, produced and bottled by the owner. Larger houses usually say “NM” meaning the bought someone else’s grapes., a Negociant Manipulant. Never stop learning. There are three other codes. In Vino Veritas.

Champagne is perfect for Brunch and goes very well with eggs and bacon and a simple tomato salad. The Bruno Gobillard made this morning meal extra special.
