The Comtes is their best! It will go with most foods but it best served prior to dinner when it’s best appreciated.

Showing the tiniest bubbles, filled with creamy toasty flavors and clean lingering citrus makes this Champagne a long time favorite.  It’s a wine Dionysians share with only each other. The bubbles can last over an hour in the glass. Savor it slowly, and  it’s better when it’s not ice cold.  At 11 years old, it has just  arrived at its peak, which it will hold for another five years. In vino veritas.
