2013 La Mouliniere

The 2013 La Mouliniere Bordeaux Blanc has 12.5% alcohol, perfect, and scored 15+ points on the 20-point Dionysian scale.

Made from 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon, the wine has subtle citrus  notes with grapefruit as the most pronounced. It is a refreshing food wine withjgood acid and a medium finish.

Veggie burger with cheddar cheese on an heirloom tomato with red sautéed onions and veggie fries of potato and broccoli with a Jersey fresh salad.

The wine was bottled for Chateau Haut Selve and would work with shellfish, chicken, or pork. It cost $10 and was worth more. In vino veritas.
