The Valdo Prosecco Brut scored 15 Dionysian points out of 20, has 11% alcohol, cost under $15 and taste marvelous! This fruity, easy to drink bottle of bubbles is a perfect start to any meal and even with an opening course. We did pasta and Prosecco. It cleared the palate and refreshed the tongue so that each forkful was as exciting as the first one was.
Floral and citrus flavors rose with the bubbles. Enjoy some soon. In vino veritas.
Pasta and Prosecco – a great starter. Joanne’s pasta had chunks of butternut squash mixed in it so it was complex with autumn & winter flavors. Valdo makes one of the easiest to drink Proseccos.
