Scoring 16+ points on the 20-point Dionysian scale, with 12% alcohol, and costing under $30, that’s made the same way Champagne is made, but it’s from Pinot Noir rich Burgundy. It’s nose had cherry pit, spice and a lighter red fruit. The NV Albert Bichot Cremant is a great buy!
